By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility (17+)
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) About the Service
Attach helps you discover the power of AI as your nutrition guide. You may snap a photo of your meal or input text, and the Services will analyze the dish to provide personalized dietary recommendations and insights.
Not medical advice: the Services are informational and do not provide diagnosis or treatment.
3) Accounts
- Accuracy: you agree to provide accurate account information (name, username, email) and keep it updated.
- Security: you are responsible for your credentials and activities under your account.
- Termination: we may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal compliance, or to protect users and the Services.
4) User Content & AI Features
- Ownership: you retain ownership of your User Content.
- License: you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Services and generate requested results.
- No facial recognition/biometrics: we do not use photos for facial recognition or to create biometric identifiers.
- Deletion after processing: content uploaded for AI analysis is deleted promptly after processing, except for limited retention required by law, enforcement, disputes, or safety.
- AI outputs: outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific circumstances.
- Prohibited content: unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content is not allowed.
5) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services in violation of law.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services.
- Do not circumvent security measures or access controls.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Services.
7) Intellectual Property
The Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Attach or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without written permission.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
- Governing law: the laws of the jurisdiction where Attach Team is primarily established and operates.
- Binding arbitration: disputes are resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive/equitable relief to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse.
- Finality: the arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.
